To all users of Warung Freelancer
Users of services from Warung Freelancer must accept or agree to this service policy or terms of service established by Warung Freelancer as set forth below.
General
By placing an order for services at Warung Freelancer, you automatically agree to the service policy below, regardless of whether the orderer has read it fully or not at all.
The first party refers to the orderer / user of services from Warung Freelancer. The entire service content of Warung Freelancer shall hereinafter be referred to as the second party, and the owners of the respective social media companies or e-commerce platforms shall hereinafter be referred to as the third party. If in the future the third party changes policies related to the live broadcasting system or existing platform algorithms, then we as the live broadcast service provider or the second party may modify our policies to align with those of the respective social media company or e-commerce platform.
Price Changes
The second party reserves the right to change service prices (such as talent/host rates, studio rentals, or content management packages) at any time without any prior notice to the first party, except when an invoice has already entered the system or a broadcast cooperation contract has been signed, in which case the total invoice amount will not change.
Legal Disclaimer
Warung Freelancer is an independent agency providing live streaming operational management services (live streaming provider), broadcast talent/host sourcing, studio equipment management, and the creation of supporting visual assets for digital promotion. We do not cooperate with, are not officially affiliated with, and are not an internal part of third parties such as Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or Google.
All live broadcast operations are run organically and professionally by real human creators, videographers, and broadcast hosts from our team using physical studio facilities that we actively manage in real life.
Warung Freelancer explicitly affirms our professional commitment by **not providing or serving fraudulent digital practices such as manipulating broadcast data, using passive viewer bot systems, filling fake reviews, or generating engineered likes and comments** in order to maintain the long-term integrity and security of the User's store account from the risk of platform system penalties.
Sales performance characteristics, fluctuations in organic viewer numbers, and the engagement of audience interactions during live sessions depend entirely on market trends, product quality, the appeal of the promotions offered by the first party, and the respective platform's organic algorithms at the time of the broadcast.
Warung Freelancer accepts custom requests for broadcast materials such as the use of product photos, banners, and specific promotional script wordings in accordance with the User's preferences. However, Warung Freelancer is not responsible for the licensing rights / ownership of image assets, videos, music, or products provided by the User. Any form of misuse resulting from the use of our broadcast management services beyond legal boundaries is completely outside the responsibility of Warung Freelancer.
Payment Confirmation
All payment systems at Warung Freelancer are manually verified through Customer Service (CS). The duration for processing payment confirmations depends on the availability of our CS team, but it typically takes no longer than 60 minutes.
Refund Policy
The orderer (first party) is entitled to request a refund if there is an error solely on the part of the second party who fails to fulfill obligations (such as broadcasting schedule failures or unilateral cancellation of a host's attendance without alternative scheduling options) or transfer amount errors by the first party (applicable only if the order status is unpaid or cancelled). Warung Freelancer (second party) is obliged to inform the orderer (first party) if severe technical issues occur in our system that prevent us from completing the processing/broadcast schedule of the first party.
Any form of refund request for reasons other than faults of the second party or those mentioned in the previous point will not be accommodated.
Refunds will be subject to a transaction fee of Rp. 6,500,- or another amount if there are costs that must be borne by Warung Freelancer (second party).
The refund process will be carried out on working days and a maximum of 3 days (H+3) after the refund request is approved.
Account Security & Privacy
The security of social media or e-commerce store accounts is entirely the responsibility of the first party; any consequences regarding the risk of account suspension or platform penalties resulting from unilateral internal policies of the third party are entirely the responsibility of the first party. The second party does not require confidential information such as primary passwords of the first party's social media or store accounts in order to preserve privacy and security. The second party will not disclose confidential operational data, contacts, or internal information of the first party to anyone.
Fulfillment / Processing System
Immediately after the first party places an order and after payment verification is completed, we will process the broadcast scheduling (booking host and studio slots) or content production according to the deadline determined during discussions. Please do not change account privacy settings to private, delete broadcast product links, or change streaming access rights during operational preparation and the live execution. Unilateral cancellations or broadcast failures due to technical oversights on the first party's account will cause the service to be forfeited, and refunds will not apply.
Service Limitations
Warung Freelancer (second party) only facilitates live broadcasting needs, creative talent, and store optimization designs, and Warung Freelancer complies fully with the laws applicable in Indonesia.
We strictly prohibit the misuse of our broadcasting services to market illegal products, prohibited substances, gambling practices, public scams, counterfeit goods infringing copyrights, or any other unlawful activities. Any form of legal liability arising from the characteristics of the types of products sold by the first party is beyond the responsibility of Warung Freelancer.
Working Hours
The working hours of Warung Freelancer are from 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+7 for customer support services and content production coordination. (The schedule for executing live broadcasts outside these working hours is arranged separately based on contracts and mutual discussion agreements).
Service Cancellation
The orderer (first party) cannot make a unilateral cancellation or termination of live broadcast schedules or visual production contracts after payment verification has been performed or once studio operational fulfillment has commenced.
Amendments
These Terms of Service may be amended in any aspect at any time by Warung Freelancer as the second party. Continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. If the first party does not wish to continue using the services of the second party due to those changes, the first party may state their request to terminate the use of services at Warung Freelancer (second party).
