To All Users of Warung Freelancer
Users of Warung Freelancer services must accept or agree to this service policy or terms of service established by Warung Freelancer as outlined below:
General
By ordering services at Warung Freelancer, you automatically agree to the service policy below, whether you have fully read it or not.
The first party refers to the customer / user of Warung Freelancer services. All service content from Warung Freelancer is hereinafter referred to as the second party, and the respective social media platform owners are hereinafter referred to as the third party. If, in the future, the third party changes its policy related to existing services, then we, as a promotional medium or second party, may change our policies in accordance with the respective social media company.
Price Changes
The second party reserves the right to change service prices without any notice and at any time to the first party, except when the invoice has already been entered into the system; in that case, the total invoice will not change.
Legal Disclaimer
Warung Freelancer is a company designed to increase interactions (not trust) or to help you ensure you get buyers, potential buyers, and the like. We are not affiliated with or partnered with third parties such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
We increase interactions on client accounts by collaborating with freelancer communities, influencers, and several large-scale content creators, such as creating conditional promotional programs and more, to boost interactions on your account.
Warung Freelancer does not provide interactions from bot/passive accounts, nor does it create fake accounts impersonating others or using other peoples identities to increase interactions on your social media. All interactions have been approved by the account owners.
Accounts obtained may appear inauthentic not because they are fake, but because of the rights of each account owner. If the order does not meet expectations, you may file a complaint so that we can review your order.
Warung Freelancer accepts requests such as using specific photos and captions according to user preferences; however, Warung Freelancer is not responsible for licensing or ownership rights of images or videos provided by the user. Any misuse of the results of our services is beyond Warung Freelancers responsibility.
Payment Confirmation
All payments at Warung Freelancer are manually verified by customer support. The confirmation time depends on CS conditions but usually takes no longer than 60 minutes.
Refund Policy
The customer (first party) is entitled to request a refund if there is a genuine error from the second party failing to fulfill obligations (after deducting the active period for subscription services) or if the first party makes an incorrect transfer amount (valid only if the order status is unpaid or canceled). Warung Freelancer (second party) must inform the customer (first party) if unable to complete the order.
Any refund request for reasons other than those mentioned above will not be entertained.
A refund will be subject to a transaction fee of Rp. 6,500 or another amount if costs must be borne by Warung Freelancer (second party).
Refunds will be processed on working days and within a maximum of 3 business days after the refund request is approved.
Account Security & Privacy
The security of the customers (first partys) account is entirely the responsibility of the first party. All risks and losses arising after using our services are fully the responsibility of the first party.
The second party does not require confidential information such as passwords and social media account emails from the first party. The second party will not share the first partys personal information with anyone, such as email, phone number, or social media accounts.
Work System / Process
Immediately after the first party places an order and payment verification is completed, we will process the order within the agreed time frame discussed. The maximum processing time is according to the discussion results.
Please do not set the account to private or archive photos being processed. Refunds are not applicable if the user makes their account private during processing. Users are also prohibited from placing the same order elsewhere while the order is still being processed.
Service Limitations
Warung Freelancer (second party) only provides services to increase interactions by creating campaigns with our partners. Warung Freelancer complies with applicable laws in Indonesia.
We are not responsible for losses arising from ordering services at Warung Freelancer due to interactions provided, such as fraud, contest manipulation, etc.
Working Hours
Warung Freelancer (second party) only provides services to increase interactions by creating campaigns with our partners. Warung Freelancers working hours for customer support are from 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+7.
Service Cancellation
The customer (first party) cannot cancel an order once payment verification has been made or while the order is being processed.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be changed at any time by Warung Freelancer as the second party. Continued use of the services will be considered acceptance of such changes. If the first party no longer wishes to use the services of the second party due to such changes, the first party may notify their intention to stop using Warung Freelancer services.
